Data deletion

You can ask us to delete personal data we hold about you, including WhatsApp conversations handled by our assistant for a business.

How to ask

1. Email ali@techvalley.uk with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the WhatsApp number or email address the request is about, and the business name if you know it.
3. We may ask you to confirm the request comes from you.

What happens next

• We confirm we received your request.
• We delete your data within 30 days, and tell the business whose customer data it is.
• We keep only a minimal opt-out record, so we never contact you again by mistake.
• We email you when deletion is complete.
