TechValley
Terms of service
Last updated 18 October 2026
These terms apply to businesses that use TechValley software, including our AI conversation assistant for WhatsApp. The assistant is in private pilot development, and public signup is not open.
The service
The assistant helps your business reply to customers on WhatsApp, follow up within your rules and hand conversations to your staff. Features and availability can change during the pilot.
Your responsibilities
- Only contact people who have given permission, and respect every opt-out.
- Follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies and the laws that apply to you.
- Approve the prices, offers and facts the assistant may use, and keep them accurate.
- Keep your sign-in details private and tell us about any misuse.
Not allowed
- Spam, bought or scraped contact lists, or misleading messages.
- Illegal, harmful or abusive content.
- Trying to bypass the service's sending, permission or safety controls.
AI replies
AI replies can contain mistakes. Your staff can review conversations and take over at any time. The assistant cannot agree new prices or promises on your behalf.
Message delivery
Messages are sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. We cannot guarantee delivery, and a message already accepted by WhatsApp cannot always be recalled.
Fees
Pilot fees, if any, are agreed with you in writing. WhatsApp charges for some message types under Meta's pricing.
Your data
Your business data stays yours. We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy.
Suspension and ending
You can stop using the service at any time. We may pause an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
Liability
The service is provided as it is during the pilot. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
