How WhatsApp automation works for your business.
Start with one useful job: answering questions, qualifying enquiries or helping customers reach the right person.
1. Choose the conversation you want to improve
Write down the questions customers ask most often and what a good next step looks like. For a cafe, that might be menu and delivery questions. For a service business, it could be understanding what the customer needs before staff follow up.
2. Add facts your team has approved
Provide your business name, services or menu, prices, hours, contact details and offers. Include any conditions such as delivery areas, minimum orders or deal times. Review the information before publishing it to the assistant.
3. Connect your WhatsApp business number
The live product uses the official WhatsApp Cloud API. You need the appropriate Meta business/app setup, a registered number and a working receiving connection. Keeping an existing WhatsApp Business app number depends on Meta’s available onboarding options for your account.
Someone messaging you first can begin an eligible service conversation. Business-initiated contact needs permission and an approved opening template where required. An imported phone number is not permission to contact its owner.
4. Set language, timing and handover rules
Choose English, Urdu, Roman Urdu or conversation-dependent language. Set business hours, a small follow-up limit and the questions to ask. Decide when staff should step in. A manual pause stays paused; eligible temporary takeover can resume after your chosen interval.
5. Try the complete conversation with your team
Ask about prices, change your mind, request a person and say stop. Check that unknown details go to staff and no unsupported discounts or confirmations are made. Test missed replies, duplicate messages and staff takeover before inviting customers.
Try our live demo for the feel of the conversation. It uses sample business facts and sends text to Gemini; please use fictional details. It does not send WhatsApp messages or prove your own account is connected.
6. Launch a small, reviewed pilot
Begin with a small set of consenting contacts and incoming enquiries. Check actual delivery, response quality and staff handovers. Agree the setup scope, usage limits and pricing before expanding.
What should you prepare?
- Your business services, approved prices and common questions.
- The WhatsApp number and Meta account you intend to use.
- A person who can review the test conversations and take over.
